Councillor Surgeries are held four times a year, and held at different times of the day to give as many people as possible the opportunity to attend. The Town Mayor or Deputy Mayor will always be present at the surgeries alongside a Councillor. If you are unable to attend one of the surgeries, we can arrange ad hoc surgeries at other times by appointment only.
The Surgeries provide a mechanism for residents to meet with Councillors in an informal setting to raise or discuss any concerns regarding Council matters. However it is also an opportunity to meet Councillors for an informal chat over a cup of tea and find out more about what the Town Council is doing in Penryn and what plans it has for the future.
If you wish to arrange an appointment for a specific meeting and alternative date, please contact the Town Council.
